Thundercats Movie Announced

Warner Bros have recently announced the production of a Thundercats CGI movie for the big screen. For anyone who doesn't know, Thundercats was a very popular cartoon in the 1980s. The script (written by a Paul Sopocy) tells the story of Lion-O becoming leader of the Thundercats and the creation of the villainous Mumm-Ra. You can expect to see appearances from all the main characters in the original cartoon, although any casting is yet to be confirmed. According to the IMDb, the film is scheduled for release in 2010.
